A little bit of context

As many of you are already aware, My now Ex husband Peter Low passed away on June 4th. Since Peter has no other family I have taken it upon myself to make sure that he wasn't left unclaimed at the morgue and has a final resting place now that his long battle is over and he can finally rest in peace. I made arrangements with a wonderful funeral home in his home town of North Reading that has helped me out more than I ever expected. I now am just left with coming up with the money to pay the funeral home. Peter has been cremated and I am not planning on having any services at this time as the costs of a funeral add up very fast. As you all know Peter leaves behind our 4 year old son Aiden, who is currently way too young to understand that his daddy has passed away, and have decided not to tell him until he asks or is old enough to understand, but wanted to make sure that when that time does come I am able to provide him with some kind of closure and possible a few things to have from his father.

But there’s a problem

Being that I am a single mom and having been raising my son alone. Money is very tight and coming up with this money to pay to the funeral home is going to be a big struggle.

Here’s what we’re doing about it

Per the advise of friends and family I have decided to set up this page to try and see if anyone that may have been friends or family of Peter or myself or just kind hearted would like to help out with the cost in my time of need.

Any extra money that is left over after paying off the cost of Peter's cremation and fees due to the funeral home, will go into a saving account in Aiden's name for him to have when he is older if he decides to do something with his fathers ashes or to go towards college.
